I've spent six years building the back end of other people's businesses - 40+ of them, from coaches to e-commerce brands. I'm an ops and systems expert (certified OBM®, if we're being fancy), and I write the curriculum and teach the sessions for council-funded AI programmes with Ignite AI - whole cohorts at a time, building AI confidence and job security.

A couple of years ago, AI started eating the kind of work I did. Instead of panicking, I put in the hours - thousands of them - and learned it properly.
I've spent six years building the back ends of online businesses - more than 40 of them - first as a VA, then as an ops and systems expert (certified OBM®, international business degree and all). I'm wired to find the simplest way to do things.
These days I run mine from a laptop in Thailand and teach AI for a living: I write the curriculum and lead sessions on council-funded programmes with Ignite AI, helping everyone from nervous beginners to founders building their first app without code.
And here, I help people who feel behind on AI catch up and actually use it, one step at a time. No jargon, no gatekeeping, no pretending it isn't a bit overwhelming.
