I built the bits nobody sees.

It started as a VA side hustle - inboxes, calendars, other people's chaos - and it snowballed. Six years on, I'd built the back ends of 40+ online businesses: websites, systems, courses, launches, the unglamorous machinery that keeps a business running. Certified Online Business Manager®, international business degree, and a hard-earned instinct for the simplest version of anything. I even burnt out doing it and rebuilt on purpose - so I know exactly what "too busy for one more thing" feels like.

1,000s of hours

AI started eating my job. So I ate it back.

A couple of years ago, AI started doing the kind of work I did. Instead of panicking, I put in 1,000s of hours and learned it properly - not the hype, the actually-useful stuff. Now it runs a real chunk of my business and saves me hours (and a fair bit of money) every single week.

Then people asked me to teach it

Turns out explaining AI is my favourite thing.

These days I write the curriculum and teach the sessions for council-funded AI programmes with Ignite AI - whole cohorts of small business owners at a time, from total beginners to founders building their first app without code. Watching someone go from "AI scares me a bit" to using it every day is genuinely the best part of my week.

And Nomadium is the shortcut I never had.

I run my own business from a laptop in South Thailand - not luck, built on purpose. Nomadium exists so you get everything I've learned without the thousands of hours: in plain words, one step at a time. No jargon, no gatekeeping, no pretending it isn't a bit overwhelming.

Things I'll say until I'm blue in the face:

You haven't missed the boat on AI. Not even close.
Done beats pretty.
Freedom isn't luck. It's a decision (and a decent system).
