We measure it, so it's never a matter of opinion. On the kick-off call we write down the jobs eating your week and how long each one takes. That's your hours map, and we both agree it. At week six we run the same jobs through what we've built and time them again.
Four calls over the six weeks, plus roughly an hour a week on your actions. If a week is carnage, tell me and we shape around it.
No. You own everything we build, there's no monthly fee to me, and you won't need new software beyond your AI subscription. We build on the tools you already pay for, and where one isn't earning its keep, we cancel it.
No. Most of my clients are in the UK and Australia, and I work with business owners worldwide. Everything happens online, and we find call times that suit us both.
It's built for you. And if you've got a team, it scales the other way - owner plus the person who runs your admin works brilliantly.
Mostly Claude, plus the tools you already run your business on. My honest opinion is most businesses need about 4 tools, not 40.
You'll need a paid Claude plan (Pro is around £20 a month), because the free version runs out fast and doesn't have the features we'll build on. Some tools I suggest along the way can come with their own costs, but I always look for the free or most cost-efficient option first, and nothing gets added without you saying yes.
I build on Claude because it's what my own business runs on. If you're already on ChatGPT that's fine - the systems thinking moves across, and we'll pick the right tool for each job.
A course teaches you AI and leaves the homework to you. This installs AI into YOUR business, on your real inbox and your real clients, with me next to you while it happens.
Usually that's a systems problem (and systems are the bit I've done for 6 years). AI sticks when it's wired into how you already work.
