Who I am
Nomadium® is run by Indi (Indiana Julian), a UK-registered business. If anything
here needs a human answer: hello@nomadium.co.uk.
What I collect, and why
- Newsletter and guide updates. If you subscribe, your email is
handled by Substack, who deliver the emails. You can unsubscribe with one click,
any time, and I don't guilt-trip.
- Waitlists and purchases. When you join a waitlist or buy a
product, your name, email and payment details are handled by the checkout
provider. I never see or store your card details - nobody sensible does.
- Emails you send me. If you email or DM me, I'll have whatever
you sent. I use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
- Site analytics. I use Google Analytics to count visits and
see which guides people actually read. Until you say yes to the banner, it
runs without cookies and can't recognise you or follow you anywhere else.
Say no and it stays that way - no sneaky pixels.
What I don't do
- Sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
- Add you to lists you didn't ask to be on.
- Send your details anywhere they don't need to be.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected,
or ask for it to be deleted. Email

usually the same week, not the statutory thirty days.
Third parties doing the heavy lifting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Email lives with Substack. Payments and
digital delivery run through the checkout provider linked at the point of purchase,
who act as the merchant of record. Each has their own privacy policy, linked where
you use them.
