The Build Lab · Case study · Content
One voice note goes in, a week of posts for every platform comes out.
A salon owner knows what to say but never has time to write and post it everywhere.
One voice note is turned into a week of content: carousel, reel script, captions, Google update, newsletter and a message for regulars, checked against her brand voice and queued for approval.
An evening a week writing and scheduling posts.
Salon owners, coaches, makers and other small business owners who know what to say but never have time to write and schedule it everywhere.
A full week of content from a couple of minutes of talking, in your own voice rather than generic AI copy.

How I built this
I built the Content Kitchen with Claude: plain HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript, with every post and check written in advance.
The salon, the voice note and the posts are sample data, and nothing here actually gets scheduled.
The real version takes your actual voice notes, writes in your brand voice using your past posts, and only schedules through your social tools once you've approved each one.
Questions
Record a few minutes about your week, transcribe it, then ask AI to turn the transcript into posts for each platform. Talk about a client story, a question you keep getting and anything new. Your phone's voice memo app, or the voice mode in Claude, can capture it. Then ask Claude for a carousel, a reel script, captions, a Google Business update and a short email, using your own phrases. The demo adds brand voice checks and queues everything for approval, but the basic method works in a single chat.
They will if they start from your words. Posts written from a blank prompt sound generic because they are. Posts built from your voice note, past posts that did well and a short list of voice rules, such as phrases you use, words you avoid and how many emojis, sound much closer to you. Give Claude five of your best posts as examples and it will copy the rhythm. Always read each post before it goes out, and edit anything you would not say out loud.
The demo creates posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile, an email newsletter and a WhatsApp message to regulars. The same material can also become a LinkedIn post, a Pinterest pin or a blog post. Each platform needs its own format and length, so one idea should become several different posts rather than one caption copied everywhere. Google Business Profile posts are often overlooked by salons and local businesses, and they can help you show up in local search.
The core can cost around £20 a month for Claude Pro, which is enough to turn voice notes into a week of drafts. Scheduling can be free: Meta Business Suite schedules Instagram and Facebook posts at no cost, and Buffer has a free plan for a few channels. Tools like Later or Metricool add more platforms and features on paid plans. Canva's free plan covers most carousel and graphic design. A fully automatic pipeline like the demo adds setup time but no big new costs.
It can, but it is better to approve each post first. Scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer and Later can publish at set times, and automation tools can pass them approved posts. Claude drafts, but it should not publish to your accounts without you seeing each post. One wrong fact, price or tone can cost more than the time saved. The demo queues everything for approval, and you can edit any post before it is scheduled. A weekly ten-minute review is the right amount of human time.
Yes, as long as customers have agreed to hear from you. WhatsApp Business lets you send broadcast messages, but people only receive them if they have saved your number, and marketing messages should only go to customers who opted in. UK rules on electronic marketing (PECR) and UK GDPR both apply. Keep messages short, useful and occasional, such as a last-minute slot or a seasonal offer, and make it easy to opt out. Claude can write the message, but you choose who gets it.
Yes. My 1:1 AI implementation is done-with-you support over six weeks: we build your content workflow together around the tools you already use, so you understand every step and can keep it running without me. It is not a done-for-you service, and it suits people who want to learn the skill rather than hand it off. If you would rather go it alone, the answers on this page are enough to get a first version working, and starting small is the right call either way.
